Sprinklers for the grass, drip for the palms.
New irrigation systems and repairs for lawns, beds and palms in sandy beach soil.
Coogan installs full irrigation systems: conventional pop-up heads to cover the lawn, and drip heads that water palm trees at the root. Sandy ground near the Gulf drains fast, so a system that puts water where it is needed is the difference between a green yard and a crispy one by July.
They also repair systems that are already in the ground. If a zone won't come on, a head is spraying the driveway, or one corner of the yard keeps browning out, call or text and describe what you are seeing.
What the job includes
- Complete new irrigation systems
- Pop-up spray heads sized for lawn coverage
- Drip heads for palms and planted beds
- Repairs on existing systems
- Irrigation run as part of a new landscape design

On a new landscape job it goes in as part of the plan, so heads and drip lines end up where the new lawn and beds need them.
